Dandy Livingstone

At No.35, on the “The Top 50 U.K. Singles Chart” on my 1st Birthday, is Dandy Livingstone with “Think About That” & “Big City”

Dandy…

…(born Robert Livingstone Thompson) was coming to the end of an 8 week run in the U.K. Singles Chart.

The accomplished ska, rocksteady, and reggae musician and producer, whose recordings would become an influence on the re-emergence of the Ska movement in the late Seventies and early Eighties, had entered the U.K.Chart with this double A sided single on the 7th of January at No. 39.

This week,..

…the single has actually gained 4 places since last week, but next week will see a drop down to No.47 before it leaves the chart altogether after the 3rd of March.
