Jr. Walker was enjoying his highest position…

with this single this week.

The saxophonist and multi-instrumentalist had entered the U.K. Singles Chart 5 weeks previously, on the 21st of January at No.37 and in the intervening weeks, climbed steadily upwards.

After this week, himself and his All Stars would fall out of the Top 20 and spend the next few weeks falling further back down, taking leave after the 24th of March with a total of 9 weeks on chart.
