Bob Dylan
More Bob Dylan Greatest Hits
At No.20, on the “The Top 50 U.K. Albums Chart” on the day I am born, is Bob Dylan with “More Bob Dylan Greatest Hits”.
The guy formerly born as Robert Allen Zimmerman,..
…better known as Bob Dylan, with his latest retrospective album (including a few surprises).
Also named “Bob Dylan’s Greatest Hits Vol. II” in some other territories, this was Bob’s second collection, and a double album, which was now spending it’s last week, of it’s first initial UK Album Chart 10 week run, where it had previously entered at No.40 in the week leading up to Christmas 1971.
By it’s 3rd week it had reached it’s peak position of No.12 in the first week of of the new year of 1972.
After this week in February it’s chart entries will begin to fizzle out.
The very end will begin with a further 3 week run in March followed by one week in mid-April, and, after one further week long visit in mid-July, it will be all over.
I’ve created my own separate playlists for both Record 1, Sides 1 and 2, and Record 2, Sides 1 and 2 of this Double LP with the original track sequencing order for the U.K. release.
Record 1 / Side 1
Record 1 / Side 2
Record 2 / Side 1
Record 2 / Side 2
Many thanks goes to Bob Dylan’s Official YouTube Channel for providing the chance to hear the tracks to form the complete original double album, so that together we can experience both sides of both LP’s of this album release, as it was intended, once again.
